"I had been made aware of Rob via recommendation and from start to finish I felt comfortable and confident I was going to be looked after. The work was quoted and accepted and Rob turned up as promised, he and his team not only did what was requested but attended to some other legacy issues left by another company. "I cannot recommend R Hayes Roofing highly enough. Having an old and defective roof that needed replacing quite urgently, R Hayes Roofing was a stand out from all the companies we considered using for the works and we are so happy we chose to go with them. Rob assessed the job on the same day we initially contacted him, showed us samples of the materials he proposed using, answered all our questions with his expert knowledge and provided a quotation the very next day. The thing that really impressed us was Rob’s handling of the work in its entirety including arranging scaffolding, purchase and delivery of all roofing materials and waste removal. From day one, Rob and Brandon were outstanding. They ensured the roof was weatherproof at all times. The finished roof looks amazing and will definitely add significant value to our property. Every aspect of the tiling, mortaring, valleys and lead work is perfection delivered by two great craftsmen with real pride in their work."

"Rob's team were great. We reached out during the cold snap in Dec and he was able to come and take a look the same day. He stood out, as he was thorough with assessing the job. He took his time which made us feel in safe hands. We received the written quote a few days after his visit, Compared to others that we had to chase up. Rob squeezed our job in pretty short turnaround kicking off in January and finishing up in 11 days. He provided us with samples of the materials that he suggested to use, which was a nice touch. The scaffolding was arranged Via Rob, Billericay Scaffolding. Little shout out to those guys as well. Super speedy and zero fuss. Day one the roof was getting stripped and new felt and batons fitted same day, which we were originally worried about how they would weatherproof during the work. Goes to show how good the new materials are these days. Very pleased with the end results and really happy how Rob answered all of our questions. Would not hesitate to recommend"
