    "Honest. Pleasant. Punctual. Competent. Genuine. In our opinion Richard Hawkes has one interest..to leave his customers completely satisfied. We had a problem with our lighting. Some lights worked and some didn't. We contacted Richard by email and arranged for a visit. He arrived on time, explained how he would investigate the problem and set about his work. Less than an hour later the fault was found, fixed and Richard was on his way. We have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone needing an electrician. He is a scrupulously honest and competent electrician and a genuinely friendly personality. His contact details will be handed out to our friends and relatives."

    "Richard is very knowledgeable, reliable and trustworthy. I have found that he is always willing 'to go the extra mile' to make sure that the work has been finished to my satisfaction.     "Richard replaced our consumer unit, added an outside light and socket. Work done to full professional standards and agreed times, cleanliness etc. all adhered to. Reasonably priced for work done, you could probably find a cowboy cheaper - or a lot more expensive! Fully recommend Richard. All 5 star ratings earned which is something I rarely give."
