"I found Glen on TrustaTrader and gave him a call. He asked me to send a short video of the problem, he called back immediately and told me what he suspected the problem to be, gave an initial estimate for the costs and arranged an appointment for the following day. Glen has come by today and sorted the problem, he is clearly very knowledgeable about his trade and took pride in his work. After getting our door open without needing to cause damage to either the door, frame or lock, he confirmed that his suspicions of a faulty gearbox was correct, he then had to source and replace the parts which he did efficiently and effectively. Very fair price, in line with the initial estimate. I would definitely recommend Glen to friends and family."

"Glen was amazing! We needed a locksmith at very short notice, and Glen came through for us brilliantly. He arrived promptly, was extremely polite and pleasant, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. Glen quickly identified the issue with our front door, explained it clearly, and had it fixed in no time. What really stood out was his honesty and professionalism. There was no call-out charge, no hidden fees, and he didn’t try to upsell or add any unnecessary costs. His pricing was fair and transparent, and you could tell he genuinely cared about helping rather than just making a quick profit. If you’re looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy locksmith, I can’t recommend Glen highly enough!"

"I had an old Patio Door with a troublesome Adams Rite Cylinder Iock dating from the 1990s. I found Glen on TrustaTrader noting that he was local to me and phoned up and discussed the problem. He turned up on time and I gave off a good aura of competence and trustworthiness. I don't think he'd seen one of these locks before and took the time to understand how it was supposed to work and diagnose that the lock mechanism needed replacing. He contacted me the next day with a reasonable quote for providing and fitting a replacement lock and so I didn't bother getting any other quotes. He returned to fit the lock and I am very happy with the outcome. I have a couple of other lock issues that I have asked Glen to come and take a look at. So I would say I am a satisfied customer and happy to reach out to Glen for any future lock/door issues and to recommend him to my neighbours."

"Having been told by previous traders that the lock was irreparable, I was delighted when Glen took the trouble to source the part required and then rebuilt the locking unit, so it now works perfectly."
