"Ken Bowes the owner of QIB Solutions is a nice gentleman who on the first visit to my property took readings at various affected areas and then outlined precisely what measures/actions needed to be taken in order to resolve the damp/mould issue. After appointing QIB solutions, the works started and were completed in the time frame given. During the works Ken explained the processes that he was carrying out to give me a better understanding of what was going on. This gave me further peace of mind. I am very happy with QIB Solutions and would recommend them to anyone that has damp/mould issues at their property."

"I had previously had the company do some work last year on the outside of the house and was happy with the work, he would advised me of a problem and took pictures so I could see the problem. This year I was happy to ask for his service to do the back bedroom which took sometime to finish as it had damp on one the walls which was spreading, also in the cupboard. The room looks better and is warmer to sleep in, I was pleased with the work. During this time we had a leak in the kitchen and our insurer made a report that stated there was an issue. We had to get the damp specialist who just finished the room to complete a report which was thorough compared to the disaster team surveyor who did his report. I appreciated that QIBS were available, quickly completed it in a short time. He was very helpful and went the extra mile to show that his report showed flaws in the report from the disaster team. He was able to advise me about the actually problem that needed work."
