James - Image 1 "We recently hired this builder for a garage conversion and a toilet refresh, along with new electrical and plumbing work inside the house. From start to finish, David and the team was helpful, responsive, and very easy to communicate with. Every member of the crew was polite, respectful, and clearly took pride in their work. The quality of the conversion is excellent, with attention to detail throughout. They handled new electrical installations, water pipe work, and also fitted a new boiler and water cylinder smoothly and professionally. Any questions we had were addressed quickly, and they kept us updated at each stage of the project. Overall, we're extremely happy with the results and impressed by how smoothly everything was managed. The builder's professionalism, reliability, and workmanship give us full confidence to recommend them to others."

Claire Towers - Image 1 "David and his team completely refurbished 3 bathrooms, knocked through some internal walls, replaced an old rotten kitchen floor and oversaw rewiring and plastering for the kitchen company to fit the kitchen - all on time and budget with one unanticipated overspend that was fully communicated and mutual decision made. David was always happy to find creative solutions and Russell his bathroom fitter showed excellent attention to detail to make sure the finished article exceeded expectation - good value and good quality work with minimal stress"

"David and his team carried out a full kitchen refurbishment and creation of a downstairs cloakroom. Works included installing two skylights and French doors. All the work was carried out to a high standard by the team who were professional and friendly. David ensured that the work ran smoothly and was always very quick to respond to questions. I would have no hesitation in recommending Property Refurbishments Guildford."

"I used Property Refurbishments Guildford for the complete renovation of a 3 bedroom bungalow. Works included new plumbing and electrics, skirting, doors, kitchen, bathroom suites, re-plastering and a knock through. Dave and Team were fantastic and handled the project with care and diligence. They also addressed the area specific issue of low water pressure by way of a roof space accumulator. Post project support has also been excellent as I thought it would be. I would highly recommend PR Guildford"
