"I sent them an email on a Sunday about a broken tile and they responded first thing Monday, and came over to take a look by lunchtime the same day. Took them a little time to find the right replacement tile (apparently I have an uncommon type of tile and it took them asking 3 different suppliers to find a replacement) but once they did, they got back to me to arrange the work to be completed that same day. Spent time to clearly explain everything. Got the job done quickly. Price was reasonable. Would recommend."

"Only had a very small job (1 day) but I would strongly recommend these guys. Communication was clear and professional beforehand and the quote was competitive, no overselling. On the day they turned up bright and early, worked quickly and efficiently, and kept me informed throughout. Everyone I interacted with was consistently polite and friendly. Easy recommend."
