"I thought I was getting a professional company. Yes the trader came out in his liveried up van, brochures and certificates. He had a mock-up of what could be fitted. I signed a form (a checklist of what was being provided) and paid deposit. It was a complete disaster! I called and texted the trader many times giving him opportunity to put things right. I was either ignored, fobbed off or promised a resolution that never happened. I had to buy my own bits missed and do some urgent remediation myself and get a local roofer in to sort the rest at extra expense. Bear in mind I paid several thousand pounds for all the things on that checklist. If it didn't cost so much, I'd take further action!"

"We had our soffits, facias and guttering replaced. The installation team were polite and worked very hard. However after the work was completed we noticed a few issues that need to be rectified. We have been informed that someone will be coming back to put these right, we are still waiting to hear back with a date."

John Grigg - Image 1 "Great job from profascia. Great job from profascia. Felix, the owner, does the quotes. Very good price for a 3 bed semi for fascia, soffits and guttering. Paid the deposit on Saturday and the work commenced on the Tuesday! Tommy and his team of installers do a great job, are always polite,and consider the customer and the neighbours while doing the work. Always check you are happy before final balance payment is made. Very happy with the appearance of the house now. Felix you have a great company and a top team with Tommy running the day to day installations. Top marks all round."

Sarah - Image 1 "The fascia and soffit renewal Profascia did for me was good but the guttering renewal and chimney repointing was extremely poor. After completion, it became clear most of the stack, including the worst part, had not been pointed at all, and the guttering overflowed. After long delays and failures to turn up over 6 weeks to fix the issues, a bit more pointing was done and the guttering refixed. But the gutter immediately overflowed again. The rebedding of the ridge tiles, an extra for which cost a lot of money, did not happen. It became clear in terms of value for money, I paid about £1,000 too much. Having no confidence in their work or reliability, I asked for some form of refund. This was refused. My family and I, having lost days of work through Profascia’s failure to turn up, decided to get someone else to fix the gutter leak. I do not recommend them and for anyone currently using them, do not fully pay until you are sure the work is properly done."
