"My experience with Proactive Pest Control has been excellent throughout. They are quick to respond to queries, flexible with availability and kept me up to date about any changes and arrival times (they came sooner than the booked date, which was great). We needed a bedbug inspection after they were found at my workplace and Dan was very professional and thorough, checking all possible places they might be, including my work kit. He left things as he found them, was easy to talk to and informative about bedbugs. I hope never to have to require pest control services again, but if I do, this company is top of the list."
