"The entire team is really friendly and easy to deal with. They did an excellent job at getting rid of bed bugs for us and I have no hesitation in recommending them to others who are also dealing with those awful bugs! They come out to properly survey first and the treatment plan is made to suit the specific issue and property and they will come back to resurvey results and provide a 3 month guarantee in case the issue comes back so you know you can have confidence in their work!"

"Absolutely brilliant from the first phone call to the deep clean and relaying of our loft insulation. Mice evicted! Love that Paul and the team focus on finding the root of the problem and preventing future problems rather than laying a few traps and disappearing!"

"I only wish I had found these guys sooner. Due to a rat problem I have likely used 5 maybe 6 different pest control "specialists" in Braintree and surrounding areas. Proactive Pest Control are genuinely specialists. If you're tired of pest control experts coming in, putting down some poison and treating the effect and not the cause then get onto these guys. They arrived as a three-man team, going through everything, the drains, the loft spaces, outside looking at manhole covers of neighbours, going on the roofs. It ended up the roof was the culprit as the entry point, they were the first to really look into it after years of other experts putting down poison, spraying some expanding foam and calling it a day. These guys were taking off the roof tiles and treating the problem with wire mesh and found all the entry points, prevention beats cure. I cannot recommend these guys enough. They only have a few reviews but don't let that put you off; I've tried the ones with 8 times the reviews."
