"In 2024 we moved into a property that was infested with bed bugs. Over twenty months, we have had many spray treatments and 3 heat treatments but frustratingly, the treatments weren’t killing them all. The bites and sightings continued to be consistently frequent. But, although the problem persisted, we had a fantastic team behind us that refused to give up. Eventually, it became obvious that the bugs had an immunity to the spray treatment, which was likely due to the previous tenant using over the counter sprays in an attempt to kill the bugs themselves. So the team decided to hand the job over to Proactive Pest Control. And unbelievably, the problem was resolved within weeks! They were extremely thorough and never left a thing unturned. If something didn’t work, they were straight back and onto the next option, determined to get it right. We’re now 3 weeks with no sightings or bitings. A miracle to us! I can’t stress my gratitude enough! I would highly recommend their services!"

"Two chaps turned up a little later than they were hoping but the explained why and that wasn’t a problem, very polite and friendly, saw my wasp nest issue and got straight on with dealing with it as best they could considering the nest location. Left me with details of keeping an eye on it and reassured me that if it wasn’t enough to kill the nest they would come back free of charge to make sure the nest was dealt with in full.. very good service professional. I’d refer them to anyone. Thank you! 🙏 xBx 🤟🏻😋👍🏻"
