Fascias, soffits, guttering, walls, and roofs are frequently overlooked. However, their purpose is much more than cosmetic. Guttering is vital to redirect run-off from your roof which is an average of 500 gallons for an inch of rainfall! Without effective guttering this water can run down the exterior of your property damaging the walls, windows and doors and causing staining. If water isn’t properly drained away it can sit at the base of your property, seeping into the foundations and causing damp. Prize Home Products Ltd is on hand to install new guttering, roof coating, wall coating and wall cladding to make sure your property looks good and is protected from rain.

Chris - Image 1 "This job was basically a DIY rescue - I had materials and scaffolding up but the work exceeded my skills once started. Peter came promptly and had an up front conversation with me, discussing what he could do and roughly when. I’m always cautious dealing with trades from poor past experience but not of that was evident in my interactions with Peter. He advised he could do more at a higher cost to save in the long run but flexed and provided a good price on the work I could push to in this job. His team, mainly in the form of Paul, were engaged every day and worked industriously to get this done, easily turning the work around in a few days, and keeping the place tidy as they went. I can’t recommend Peter, Paul and Prize highly enough on various elements and I’d gladly have them back to work on my property in the future"
