Rena - Image 1 "We had a capped pipe crop up during our current kitchen refurbishment. I called Matthew requesting if he could come and check if it was a live gas pipe as our kitchen fitter was not gas safety registered. He was very patient, polite and understanding throughout the whole process. It was not easy as the pipe was in a concrete floor which was broken down then tested for gas which was negative. It was an old redundant pipe which he cut down to below floor level to eanable the fitter to continue with fitting over it. Matthew, thank you for the wonderful work you did and would like to highly recommend him to anybody. Such a courteous, lovely, trustworthy guy who did a good job at a reasonable price too. I f required agsin, I would not hesitate to call him back again! Thanks, Matthew"

"I had carried out some DIY work to replace a leaking kitchen tap, despite having limited plumbing knowledge. Unfortunately, this resulted in a leak from the pipework beneath the sink. An engineer from Prime attended promptly within a day of my call and arrived on time. He quickly identified the cause of the leak and resolved the issue efficiently. The company also provides a wide range of other services, including boiler diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance. I would happily recommend this company to anyone."
