"David and team did a great job. A clear and detailed budget estimate, and potential areas for overruns, were provided prior to the project commencing. The work was completed according to schedule and within budget. David and his experienced team delivered the work to a really high standard, and did a very good of keeping us informed throughout, including when they had to rejig the schedule in response to other suppliers not delivering on time. Would highly recommend."

"Excellent job from start to finish. We had an internal supporting wall removed, new kitchen and utility put in and new flooring throughout. Dave organised everything and kept us well informed of when the different trades would be in. All the trades were great, clean, tidy, friendly and have done a really excellent job. I would highly recommend Richards & sons for any building/ refurbishment work. We are so pleased with the final result."

James - Image 1 "We recently hired this builder for a garage conversion and a toilet refresh, along with new electrical and plumbing work inside the house. From start to finish, David and the team was helpful, responsive, and very easy to communicate with. Every member of the crew was polite, respectful, and clearly took pride in their work. The quality of the conversion is excellent, with attention to detail throughout. They handled new electrical installations, water pipe work, and also fitted a new boiler and water cylinder smoothly and professionally. Any questions we had were addressed quickly, and they kept us updated at each stage of the project. Overall, we're extremely happy with the results and impressed by how smoothly everything was managed. The builder's professionalism, reliability, and workmanship give us full confidence to recommend them to others."
