"This is the second property James has worked on for us and once again we’re very happy with his work. Installed a new boiler and full central heating system - lifting floorboards to fit pipe work and new rads and added a pressure boosting pump to our loft. He clearly explains exactly what he’ll do - gives accurate estimates and gets the job done on schedule and to a very high standard. We’d highly recommend him and will be getting him back for work in the future!"

"I am so pleased I found James on Trust a Trader. I can't imagine that he would do a better job even if it was his own house! He was so helpful. My initial problem was sorted out and he then went on to fix two other problems and nothing seemed too much trouble. I would have no hesitation in recommending him."

"James carried out extensive plumbing works for me when undergoing my flat renovation. Renewing the pipe work, changing orientation of shower, installing bathroom suite and installing a new boiler. James is very professional, prompt and carries out work to a very high standard. Reaching out to any new trade can be anxious but he was very responsive to all my queries and put me at ease.
