From emergency leak call-outs—often arriving within hours—to fitting bathrooms, showers and WC/basin upgrades, Phil is described as “very polite, got on with the job” and “left everywhere clean and tidy,” even mopping afterwards. Many reviewers also highlight his straight-talking approach to communication and fair value, noting he visits quickly after enquiries and charges “what he initially told me” or at “very reasonable cost”.
