Initially, we work with you to plan a strategy which includes the material, time, size and budget constraints. Our next step is to work on the design or redesign keeping in mind the budget and the size of your extension. Some customers provide us with their own designs and we give them honest advice Lastly, with all considerations made and with your approval, we start your extension.

Efe - Image 1 "We got in contact with Powerpillar in December 2024 about renovating our Victorian home including repointing brickwork, insulating, rewiring, replumbing and plastering. Once the work started in March 2025, his project management skills and overall communication was shockingly poor. The project which this trader project managed ran over budget, months over schedule and was completed to a poor standard. For anyone who is considering hiring PowerPillar for their home renovation, I would sincerely recommend you find someone else who has a proven track record of renovating period properties and ask to visit a recently completed project of theirs. I would not recommend this trader."

"Emmanuel was very considerate to accept our job on the same day. We were very desperate to create space for a tumble dryer in our kitchen area and he agreed to do the job even if he would not usually do weekend jobs. He was very professional, polite, and had a great eye for aesthetics! He did our jobs well. He worked even until past 10pm to finish our job."

"We had a rear house extension completed by Powerpillar Ltd, including a brand new open-plan kitchen with bi-fold doors and underfloor heating—and we’re really pleased with the end result. From the initial design consultation through to completion, the team demonstrated professionalism and strong attention to detail. The project manager, John, was always available to answer our questions, and the tradesmen were respectful, tidy, and clearly skilled. The bi-fold doors and modern kitchen units have completely transformed the space and made it the heart of our home. There were a couple of minor delays with materials, which pushed the schedule slightly, but Powerpillar kept us updated and handled everything efficiently. Overall, a very good experience, and we would be happy to recommend them to others planning a similar project."
