We have a free measure & quote service, excellent sales assistants with a wealth of experience and product knowledge, and experienced installers that have been working with Potters Carpets & Beds for over 15 years. "Chose a new living room carpet from Potters - the service throughout was excellent. From advising on suitable carpets from their extensive range, checking technical requirements so the carpet would lay well, to the actual fitting itself. All the staff were professional and friendly and there was no 'sales pressure'. I wouldn't hesitate to use Potters again. Thanks to Will, Graham, Carl and Steve."

We went to their showroom where the staff were extremely helpful in helping us understand what type of flooring would be best suited for our kitchen diner, to then pricing us up and then fitting. We were surprised how efficient the end to end service was, as it only took 2 weeks from picking the flooring to fitting."

Harriet - Image 1 "Thrilled with Potters Carpets & Beds. We were looking for a relatively cheap solution to fit carpets into our rental house and Potters were able to help us find something that was cost effective and also durable which would last for a good amount of time. We went into several carpet shops and none of them offered the same amount of ranges and styles that Potters did, their showroom is impressive."

"After searching online and in many stores, we were thrilled with the price, comfort and ease of selecting our new mattress. There was no pushy sales pitch or any ridiculous prices. Upon delivery the staff were friendly and polite and asked where to place the package. Couldn't have asked for more really. Thanks all!"
