I'm David, the owner, and I personally handle every project from start to finish—you'll always deal with just me, the same familiar face from the first quote and meeting right through to completion.
I do most of the work myself, with help from my small trusted team only when needed, so you get truly personal, bespoke service and proper hands-on craftsmanship.

"Dawid is great. I was delighted to find him especially given how hard it is to find a reliable, honest builder. We had many people come to the house who never showed up or never provided a quote when they said they would, not Dawid. Not only is he an extremely professional builder, but every job he has done - three so far - has been of exceptional quality and with an attention to detail that you don’t see often such as meticulously mitring tile edges or carefully aligning floor patterns. Dawid cares, does excellent, high-quality work and is great to have around too. Highly recommend."

"Dawid Konderla replaced both my front and back doors and carried out the work to an exceptional standard. He and Alicja turned up on the agreed dates and worked hard to finish the job on time and budget. The new doors are excellent and I would happily recommend Potok Builders for all joinery related work."

"Dawid came to look at our kitchen floor tiles which had started lifting in places. Whilst he explained that there may be bigger issues with the floor we agreed to look at refixing the loose tiles, accepting that it may not be a permanent fix. The job was started as promised, and Dawid took such care to save tiles as he removed them (we didn’t have many spare). Electric underfloor heating complicated the job, but it was done with such care, and the tiles are feeling secure again. Other bits of the flooring may lift in future, and if they do we’ll have no hesitation contacting Potok Builders again. Exemplary work at a fair cost."

"Potok Builders Ltd are superb! Excellent standard of work, delivered on schedule and on budget. Great organisation, planning and communication took all the stress out of our project. They took great care of our property too, being exceptionally neat, and leaving the place immaculate when finished. Above all, they are thoroughly lovely people to deal with - I would happily recommend them to anyone."
