    "Potok are absolutely phenomenal. We had two walls removed and our bathroom completely rebuilt. They were the only builders who always replied on time, politely and professionally, honestly giving the pros and cons of each option, and with incredible attention to quality and detail. Throughout the project Potok managed the timeline perfectly. They were extremely good at communication and 100% reliable. They were flexible and regularly sought feedback, continuously engaging with us as clients to ascertain our view on how the project was going. Potok are perfect if you are particularly keen on attention to detail. They are extremely patient and because they take pride in what they do, I found they shared my passion for a great, high quality finish. I really appreciated this throughout the project and I don't think any othe builder would have cared so much. We liked Potok so much they came a month later to do another bathroom and we hope to have them a again in the future."

    "Potok are exceptionally talented, committed, smart, capable and trustworthy builders. Over three months they worked to replace my bathroom, kitchen, living/dining flooring, front door and decorated my entire home. The quality of the workmanship is excellent and they’re careful to consider how details come together. They maintained constant feedback and clear dialogue throughout the build which is always reassuring when you’re asking a builder to smash up your home. As an architect, I cannot rate Potok Builders more highly."

    "David has been doing work for my wife and I now for about five plus years. We first met him when he came and did some handyman jobs for us and have used him ever since to do every bit of building work and renovation at our home. He is hands down the best tradesperson I have ever met: punctilious in his work, friendly, trustworthy, always willing to go the extra mile to get the work right. He has now given us new wood floors, painted all our rooms, sorted out plumbing and electrics for us, all the time with a smile. Cannot recommend him enough."

    "I am very pleased with the completion of an ensuite, in a bedroom.I consulted with a number of tradespeople.However Dawid who I have used for multiple smaller projects was the only trades person who provided me with the confidence he could complete the complex task, including an addition of a chimney stack at a competitive price. Dawid is extremely professional, whilst being friendly,punctual and demonstrates a positive can do attitude. I received regular updates, to gain a clear understanding of any changes, or additional material required. I would not hesitate to recommend Dawid to any potential customers going forward."
