"Tom & Dave were super. We required our whole shower to be ripped out & refitted. Tom's communication with us was polite, knowledgeable & listened to what we wanted rather than what was easiest and cheapest. Tom & Dave arrived promptly on the morning, and took their time to lay down protective wrapping to stop dirt & dust getting everywhere during the rip out. I often popped my head in to offer a cuppa & to see how things were going. They both had the time to take me through what they were doing & why, without any judgement or annoyance. They had a brilliant idea to build a shelf in the shower to fill the space out due to our shower tray being smaller than the space to be filled, & this looks amazing. They finished on schedule & made a massive effort to clean up after themselves, staying until the job was done. We have some plans for the kitchen so will be booking them again to do that work too. Gents, thank you. You were a pleasure and did a cracking job!"

"The job included removal of an old lath and plaster ceiling, boarding and plastering, and full replacement of some very uneven floor joists. It's difficult to know what to expect when having work done on an old house, but Tom and Dave kept us informed every step of the way. The work was completed to an excellent standard, and small details such as consulting us on access requirements each day, and the unexpected re-sealing of a leaky shower tray, really made a difference. The whole experience was far superior to similar jobs I've had completed by other companies in the past and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Polworth to anybody."
