    "Our plumber is on holiday, I called Charlie as we had an urgent repair needed to stop water leaking onto freshly applied exterior silicon render. If it wasn't repaired we would either have had no hot water/heating until exterior finish dries or we would have lost the finish. Charlie was here within an hour, inspected the problem, changed the damaged pipe from our Vaillant combi sending it out through the existing hole in the wall to connect it straight into the downpipe. This was fantastic and greatly appreciated.. Quick to respond, very fair price, friendly, knowledgeable. Averted a very costly situation. Highly recommended."

    "Charlie provided an excellent service, replacing our broken electric shower. He managed to find a like-for-like replacement which he promptly fitted. He was quick, clean and efficient. I will definitely be using Charlie again and would highly recommend him."

    "Charlie is an absolute star, contacted me within an hour of me sending a message and then arrived within an hour of that to replace my leaking outdoor tap. He was very helpful, explained what he was doing, very polite and a pleasure to deal with! I will definitely be using Charlie for other plumbing work from now on!"
