    "Charlie provided an excellent service, replacing our broken electric shower. He managed to find a like-for-like replacement which he promptly fitted. He was quick, clean and efficient. I will definitely be using Charlie again and would highly recommend him."

    "Charlie is an absolute star, contacted me within an hour of me sending a message and then arrived within an hour of that to replace my leaking outdoor tap. He was very helpful, explained what he was doing, very polite and a pleasure to deal with! I will definitely be using Charlie for other plumbing work from now on!"

    "Really happy to have found Charlie. He replied to my initial message instantly even though it was a Sunday night. His communication is excellent. He willingly worked out around my own availability to get the plumbing issue fixed ASAP. He went above and beyond, he fixed the immediate problem but also fitted an isolation valve to help prevent the problem reoccurring in the future. I have already asked him to come back when he is next available to service my boiler for me. Good plumbers are gold dust, I feel very blessed to have found one."
