    "Charlie was excellent from start to finish. After a really upsetting experience with a previous plumber, he completely turned things around. He took the time to properly explain everything to me, which I really appreciated given how stressed I’d been about the situation. It was clear he genuinely cared about resolving the issue rather than just rushing the job or taking my money. He fitted the new washing machine fixings securely, worked with real care and attention, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. Professional, thorough, and reassuring throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Charlie and will definitely be using him again for any future plumbing issues."
