"Robert- what a fantastic tradesman! Got here 5 minutes early, he happily explained the process of what he was gonna do when replacing bathroom radiator step by step. He went through boiler queries I had and was more than happy to show me parts of the boiler, how efficient it was, which parts were which etc! Great price considering how efficient and friendly he was. He’s now our go-to plumber!"

"I called Robert to get a 2nd opinion after being told by another gas engineer that my boiler was a write off and about to explode (despite not finding or fixing the fault I called them in for…) and I’m so glad I did! He was punctual and checked in to let me know he was on his way. He was professional, polite and friendly. While he was looking for the fault, he explained everything he was doing and repaired it promptly. He really went above and beyond to put all my worries to rest and all that for a very reasonable fee. Plumbed Heating will now be my first port of call and I’ll recommend Robert to anyone! It’s a joy to support independent traders!"
