"Thank you Pete for sending Matthew to service my heating system. While Matthew was servicing my heating system he came across a leak from the filter. Matthew and Pete were helpful to explain the process for fixing the filter leak. Matthew has done a great job. One happy customer. Karen, Falkirk."

"Peter was really friendly and knowledgable on the job that he was doing. He explained everything in detail and reassured me throughout the whole process. Ray - Image 1 "Peter was easy to deal with and very helpful in answering any questions. He provided me with a list of options and prices regarding boiler choice. After agreeing what boiler i wanted a date was arranged for fitting. Peter showed up at the arranged time and fitted the boiler within the time specified, and left the place spotless. So far so good, everthing is working fine."

"I had Peter booked to service gas boiler on Tuesday 25/02/25. However, Peter called today and managed to fit me in this afternoon, freeing up tomorrow for me. Peter carried out the work in a professional and timely manner. His communication through has been excellent. I would have no hesitation recommending Peter."
