    "Firstly I must say Jason came highly recommended and he did not disappoint. First impressions, when we met Jason he was punctual, polite and professional. When it came to assessing our electrics. he explained everything in " layman's terms" He told us exactly what needed to be done. When I came home from work I was overwhelmed with the results. The plugs and light fittings were installed magnificently. Everything was flawless. Jason's expertise was sublime. He takes in pride in keeping his working area clean and tidy.     "I cannot recommend Jason highly enough. I needed an Electrical Equipment Safety Certification carrying out at a rental property quickly. From my initial contact, Jason was excellent, he managed to fit us in next day and did a super job. A number of issues were identified which he corrected, installing new light fittings and an RCD to ensure the property was compliant with the latest regulations. All additional costs for correcting the failed components were provided and agreed in advance of work being carried out and nothing was too much trouble for him. I have no hesitation in recommending Jason to anyone and will certainly be using him again on our future projects."

    "I contacted Jason as we are selling our home and needed an electric safe certificate. I reached out to him after finding him on Trust a Trader and he responded same day. I was pleasantly surprised he could carry out the assessment in the same week. Jason arrived 15 minutes late but that was due to traffic and can't be helped. He was polite and friendly, and being a women in the house alone with 2 children, he completely understood my safeguarding reasons for following him around the house. Jason didn't make me feel uncomfortable or nervous about having him in the house and was very good at answering my questions so I understood what he was doing. He asked if it was ok to enter my children's bedrooms before going in. Big tick. There was no clean up required after he had left, he was very clean and tidy in his work. Overall I am very impressed and extremely glad I chose Phoenix JP Ltd. Well done, Jason."
