"Yusuf was fantastic. I called him about an issue where the water meter was running way too much - we initially believed it was due to a constantly running toilet, which Yusuf fixed quickly and efficiently after giving clear pricing. However, it became clear there was a further issue with the hot water tank in the flat. Yusuf returned the next day to diagnose the problem, explain exactly what he would do, and give clear pricing. We proceeded and he managed to fix both the water meter problem and a water pressure issue throughout the flat. He also provided us with information and quotes to be able to move forward. I would highly recommend Yusuf as he was extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy, very informative and also very friendly."
