"Excellent work done by Lawson and Toby, who were always friendly, attentive, considerate and professional. They did a complete bathroom strip-out and refit, working at a good pace, and keeping things clean as they went. I would recommend them wholeheartedly and will certainly be calling on them for any additional projects I undertake around the house."

"We needed a new circuit board plus some other work as part of our new kitchen. He also picked up on a few things we hadn't mentioned and these were also done. Lawson was respectful, clean, on time, thorough and friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone."

Simon Steel - Image 1 "Used Phoenix for a bathroom refit. This was a total rip out and replacement. Dealt primarily with Lawson. Found him easy to deal with and ready to make suggestions. What was really good was all works were documented in a clearly written scope so both parties were clear on what the deliverables were. Snags/issues noted were proactively dealt with without quibble. We’re very happy with the end result. I’d be more than happy to recommend Phoenix to anyone else."

Marilyn Ensor - Image 1 "Cannot praise Lawson enough. From the initial conversations through to the end of the job we were delighted with the communication, hard work, consideration and helpfulness and the bathroom is beautiful. Also thanks to Nikki in the office who made sure we were kept up to date and answered any questions we might have. Would recommend Phoenix without reservation."
