James Tucker - Image 1 "The trader attended my property in March to resolve an issue where the electric was being tripped by an issue with the oil boiler. He replaced some parts of the boiler and resolved the issue but left some remaining boiler parts at the property with a view to returning to complete the work. Post his attendance, a leak occurred which I informed him of. He failed to return to the property until I chased him in May. Even then he did not complete the work. He then called in sick on the day he was due to complete the work. Subsequently the persistent leak caused the electric to trip again. I informed the trader of this, and the fact that I would have no hot until this was resolved, and he informed me he would not be able to attend for at least a week. When I informed him, I considered this to be poor service, he told me he would was no longer prepared to help at all. I would not recommend."

"I would highly recommend Phils heating and plumbing, he came round to give us a quote to remove an old boiler and hot water tank, and replace it with a new Worcester Bosh combi boiler in the airing cupboard. As an accredited WB engineer he was very competent and very capable. We accepted the quote and a couple of weeks later Phil arrived on time to start the job. He removed the old boiler and tank and fitted the new boiler exactly where we wanted it. All the work was to a very high professional standard. And we were given all the relevant paperwork and certificates for the instal. Every day Phil left the site clean and tidy and removed all waste materials. I would highly recommend Phil to anyone that requires a new boiler installer. And hes a throughly nice guy too."
