"New to the Chalk Valley area, we needed guidance in replacing an obsolete Rayburn solid-fuelled back-boiler with a modern oil-fired central heating system. This required additional radiators etc., and obvious upheaval throughout the house. Phil carefully explained the proposed plan of works in each room; he assured us that that it was a straight-forward job well within his year's of experience. His estimate proved competitive, and his professional and calm manner convinced us that 'he was the person'. Throughout the job, we realised that we had made the right decision. All has been completed, and we happily recommend Phillip Daniels to others . . . and, in case you wonder, we had never heard of him! A real gem!"

"Phil conducted the OFTEC inspection of a newly installed boiler and unvented water system. He ensured a number of safety measures were introduced before submitting the report for the compliance certificate. Phil also followed up with OFTEC when there were delays in the issuing of the certification, which was then turned around quickly. I appreciated his professional approach to the job and willingness to respond quickly when requested. Thank you Phil."
