"Phil contacted me very quickly after I raised the request on TrustATrader and took the time to diagnose the issue with me on the phone before visiting. Within an hour of calling he arrived, recommended a lock type, explained the security difference between options and then fitted the new lock without any fuss. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again. Thank you."

"So impressed, I asked if a less important internal door could be fixed as well. Both a front door with an alignment issue and an additional door fixed"
Trader reply: "Thank you, Nicole for your five star rating. It’s very much appreciated. Glad you are happy."

"Phil attended my property at short notice at 9pm on a Saturday evening, when I was unable to lock my front as the locking mechanism had become stuck. He was prompt, polite and knowledgeable. He was able to replace the lock and left me with a secure working, lockable door whilst charging a very reasonable call out fee. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend."
