"Pete not only turned up bang-on-time to give us a quote, he came out on a bank holiday just to look at the job. He double-checked everything, gave us a comprehensive response to our needs and was able to book us in promptly when we agreed to his recommendations. He arrived exactly on time again on the day, did everything precisely as agreed and checked with us along the way so that we knew what all the issues were. Everything was completed to a high standard, with no mess or fuss, within the scheduled time and we’ll be arranging for him to come back for a further job once we’ve made some product decisions. Huge thanks, we’ll be recommending Pete to anyone we know who requires any plumbing doing 👍"
