"Mark installed our boiler 5 years ago when he worked for another company. At that time he went above and beyond to restore our central heating to full working order. When we heard he had left the original company and set up on his own, we had no hesitation in asking him to do the annual service. He did not let us down. He did arrive a little later than expected but had phoned to let us know of a delay on his previous job."
