    "Amazing is the only word I can use. Richard is a pleasant individual, extremely knowledgeable and offered excellent suggestions throughout the process. Richard is by far the best craftsman I have come across. Richard produces work to a very high standard. In my opinion there is no one I know who can produce work like Richard does. It's been 3 days and the number of compliments received is unbelievable. I will always use Richard for any future flooring work and I feel privileged to have found such an excellent and trustworthy tradesman. Thank you very much."

    "Rich installed our new hallway floor this morning and did a wonderful job! The attention to detail and incredible quality in the finished product; has meant I couldnt recommend Pendress Flooring enough.
