    "PDR chosen because it was the first company listed which had a local (01279) number. I called that local number and explained the nature of the problem with my WC Glenn arrived at the arranged time and quickly identified the problem which required replacing of the flushing mechanism which he obtained and returned within 30 minutes and carried out the work which took about an hour. WC fully serviceable. The charge was exactly as the estimated charge given prior t o the work being carried which was done so professionally and with courtesy"
