Hi, my name is Pat Smith, and I have been in the building industry for many years, serving the local community around Bromley and happily travelling further afield.

This is a family business, and it would not be able to operate as smoothly and as efficiently as it does without the help of my fantastic wife, Sarah, running the back office.

Plastering is a skill that needs to be mastered and understood, and I have a real passion for it and can offer the customer money and time-saving alternatives with the special materials that I use.

Over the recent years, a lot of my clients are also in need of a good, reliable, trustworthy builder so I offer a professional building service as well and can tap into a wealth of professional industry contacts. I have given my time in the past to help a family in need through the BBC DIY SOS Big Build programme.

Before I undertake any job, I work with the customer to gain a good understanding of what they need ensuring that I always meet, or exceed, their requirements. I apply my excellent workmanship to jobs of all sizes for commercial and domestic customers and will leave your business or home clean, tidy and with a new lease of life.

    "Pat carried out work in a bedroom to remove extensively damaged plaster from below the bay window, replace it with hard wall and new plaster, and then redecorate to make good (hanging lining paper and wallpaper). He did all of these tasks in good time (without rushing), efficiently and to a very high quality, tidying up as he went. I am very pleased with the end result. The cost of the work was reasonable. Pat was also very helpful in recommending fellow tradesmen to carry out related work. He was professional, transparent and friendly throughout. I must also commend Pat's wife Sarah, who undertakes the essential back office work with impressive efficiency, effective communication and good humour."

    "I came across Pat and his plastering business online, the BBC picture caught my eye. Pat completed an excellent job on our utility room, he was thorough on the initial, with recommendations for the work including moving the light fittings (as too close to water waste pipe). Pat also has a sparky he works with, meaning it's just one relationship to manage. I would highly recommend."
