"Nik provided a very competitive and honest quote for a flat roof leak, and on starting the job was quick, explained everything in detail, and took plenty of photos for our records. He was also very polite, friendly and tidy. I would definitely use his services again. Great job, and nice guy."

"Nik and his team quoted us for a patio installation at the end of the garden. This was a big job with a lot of rubbish and rubble having to be cleared before making a start. Nik and his team worked hard, they were here on time everyday and kept me up to speed with what was happening every day. Nik made a suggestion about a railway sleeper with lights which is something I wouldn't have thought of - really complements the patio. Nik and his team are very experienced and knowledgeable and conscientious - they take an obvious pride in their work and would definitely use them in the future for other jobs."

"We contacted Parkyns Building Service with a view to getting a garden patio, Nik came round to quote for the job and was very knowledgeable - he provided a quote in a very timely fashion. We are SO pleased with our finished patio and Nik's suggestion of adding a sleeper with lighting has surpussed our expectations of what we envisaged it would look like. This was a BIG job, our garden was in a real state and Nik and his team cleared everything in the garden to prepare for the patio and the guys worked really hard. The guys were always here on time and worked so efficiently and were very polite. Nik was very good at staying in contact and letting us know what was happening every step of the way. The quality of the finished patio is amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend Parkyns Building Services and we will definitely be using them again in the future. I will be taking photos shortly to add to this review. Stacey & Jason"

"Nik and his team replaced our garden fence as part of our garden overhaul. The fence has made a tremendous difference to our garden - we have a long garden and towards the back there were a few tricky spaces but Nik was very helpful with his suggestions and it looks great. The team worked very hard putting in the concrete posts and I was very impressed in how fast they worked. Would definitely recommend."
