"Steve and the team replaced a water damaged bathroom ceiling which had collapsed and also replaced an adjoining bedroom ceiling which was in a tired state. They reinforced the joists in the bedroom which were damaged, replaced a sink and toilet and redecorated these rooms including our hallway. The team were punctual and took care to prevent dust and damage to our property and Steve was always ready to suggest practical solutions to the various issues that arose, such as reinforcing ceiling joists and installing sound insulation. Very pleased with the end result with nice flat ceilings, fresh paintwork and would happily use Parkway Maintenance again and recommend them to others."

"This was the second job Steve completed at our home, and once again, we are absolutely thrilled with the results. He redid the entire front of the house, including the outside stairs and all the windows — and the transformation is stunning. Steve and his team are amazing: super efficient, full of great ideas, and always go above and beyond to make sure we’re happy. His attention to detail and dedication to quality really stand out.
