"Riccardo installed all the was required to ensure that our four bedroom HMO adhered to the required standards perfectly. He was always on time, respectful of our tenants, always answering promptly our calls and emails. He provided us with all the appropriate documentation and advice. We were in a very difficult and particular situation where our HMO mortgage provider was asking more than was required by our local authorities in regards to HMO standards and the goal posts kept being moved further. Riccardo went above and beyond helping us make sure that we would be successful to satisfy these very demanding set of requirements that were given to us in very short time scales. We trust him entirely and without him, we wouldn't have been able to achieve what was asked of us. We now have a maintenance contract with him to ensure our tenants stay safe, and it is great to have someone who we can really count on. We whole heartedly recommend Riccardo."

"Riccardo of Palladium installed an alarm system in my 5 bedroom HMO rental property in September. Riccardo fully understood what was required to meet the requirements set out on the fire risk assessment and was efficient with explanations and quotation. He carried out the installation over a few days and was very punctual,polite and left the site clean and tidy. At a later service visit in November, he rapidly attended to check the system and always kept me, the landlord of the property, fully informed. He dealt with the issue very efficiently. I have no hesitation in recommending Palladium fire and safety."
