"We needed to open up our kitchen and install a larger window. After obtaining appropriate approvals, we went in search of a builder. We got a few quotes and in the end opted for Oval Construction. From the outset Paul came across as professional, courteous, honest and knowledgable with a passion for doing his job the right way. As the work progressed our initial impression of Paul was confirmed. The work carried out was of a high standard. Paul and his team were all respectful of our home. They cleaned up after themselves as much as practicably possible given the amount of dust generated when knocking down an internal load bearing wall. We have found a builder whom we can trust and rely on to do a proper job. We know who to call when we next need further building work."

Stephen Banks-Mitchell - Image 1 "Paul arrived on time and spent the day fitting three doors we had bought. He supplied the ball bearing hinges and door handles. He done a superb job. He reset the door stops so the new doors fitted perfectly. We are very happy with his workmanship. He suggested using the ball bearing hinges which were a little more expensive than ordinary hinges, but we soon found out how smooth and effortless it is to open the doors using them. Paul is a perfectionist and is very knowledgeable in the work he does. I highly recommend Oval construction for building work. We are very happy with the quality of work as well as Paul's friendly manner."

Stephen Banks-Mitchell - Image 1 "Paul installed our loft ladder we had bought. He came and started the fitting as a favour to us as we had the ladder in the box, cluttering up the downstairs hallway. He modified the loft and had the ladder screwed in on his first visit. The next day he finished the job and we are more than pleased with the end result. Paul turned up in time on both visits and we soon learned he is a perfectionist. Superb quality of work. Very friendly and we are going to use him again on fitting new doors and replacing a missing piece of coving. Highly recommend Oval construction"
