"The engineer arrived promptly at very short notice to renew a leaking pipework joint that was soldered incorrectly. His work was very thorough and saftey checks were made both before and after the work. His attendance at very short notice due to having just finished a nearby job was most helpful and put me at ease - a gas leak is very converning. I would not hesitate in using Mr Osman again myself and highly recommend his first class work."

"Osman came promptly and sorted out problems with my shower pump and toilet. He freed stuck isolation valves first. They were things that had been annoying me for ages, and its great to have them fixed. He also spotted other leaks that needed dealing with or monitoring. Great service, thanks."
