"Reported a rumbling from the boiler, different to its normal sounds. One stop arrived as agreed and serviced the boiler and also found the fault (blocked pipe) serviced carried out and pipe unblocked and cleaned. Very professional and curtious with a good explanation as to why the fault occured and what to do to limit the chance of it happening again. Would recommend 100%."

"Previous boiler installer removed the wired controller and left my elderly Mum with no way to programme her heating system. Jason was booked to install a new wireless system, which he then programmed to her needs and explained in simple terms for her. The job was done tidily and efficiently, Jason was kind and courteous. Whilst checking the boiler he noted a small weeping and quoted for a fix with no hard sell. I couldn't fault his work!"

"I called on Jason to do a non urgent repair on my boiler. He arrived on time messaging me 45 mins before just as he said he would but also phoned which was a nice touch as I could have been driving or unable to look at texts. This also meant I did not have to have too much time of work which was really appreciated. He was polite and very professional giving me lots of information about my boiler and how it worked and in fact knew what the problem would be before he even took the front off the boiler and he was exactly right. He fitted an upgraded metal part and my boiler and sorted the annoying leak in an hour. I was most impressed and plan to use one stop again early next year. I will recommend Jason and his team without hesitation if the opportunity arises. 10/10 to one stop. They are in my contacts"
