Whether you are locked out, have suffered a break-in, or simply need new locks, we know that find-ing the right locksmith is important. You are putting the security and the safety of your home and its inhabitants in the hands of your locksmith so it is crucial that you know you can trust them. "Richard attended to a stiff lock on a kitchen door that had started to jam. I contacted him via email and his communication was outstanding. I sent him a photo of the work and he provided me with a clear and helpful explanation of the possible problems and details of the likely cost. When he attended, he identified the problem rapidly and lubrictaed the lock and realigned the door. He is really excellent. He knows what he is doing and he works quickly and efficiently to get the job done. He works very tidily and clears up afterwards. This is the second time I have hired him. He is outstanding and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone else. Excellent all round! Peter W"
