    "Ethan arrived on time to check over the boiler and balance all the radiators. He called to let me know what time he would be there as agreed. He was polite and conscientious, worked fast and was happy to answer questions and explain what he was doing. He tidied up after himself. I would be happy to recommend Nova flow to friends and family. Top notch work!"
