"Our boiler went off the day we were going on holiday.when we came back I phoned at lunch time he came out by 3.30. And finished about 4 45He said it would cost 700 for new parts but the boiler is 24 years old he said he would walk away then he said he could put reconditioned parts for 500 pounds so we did that untill we can get a new boiler. He phoned last night to see if was still working ok. I would recommend."

"Shamsul was absolutely brilliant I rang him 9am he was at my house 10.30am my boiler needed new part he drove to Newcastle got part and came straight back to mend boiler as I had said to him I needed to go visit my mum in care home. Can’t recommend this fella enough Thanks again"

"at first glance was absolutely brilliant did everything he was suppose to do worked out what was wrong with the cooker in seemed like the cooker has lpg injectors instead of gas injectors and this is where things turned south. Proceeded to change the injectors without my consent or advising me it will cost extra money on top to loosen 4 screws and change them with the 4 gas injectors I provided this is something I could of done myself. tells me at the end once hes done the job he has to fit a chain to the cooker which was going to cost £15 extra. In total costing £110 when the job quoted was £70."
Trader reply: "Hello Mr Stephen Foster Thank you for positive and negative comment. As you said to me you installed the cooker yourself last year and council come and tested, and they condemned the cooker. When you called you said cooker need connecting and gas certificate priced agreed all good. Did the test on gas meter connected the cooker and tested for leak all good we turned the cooker on and lighted up, but your cooker turns off on low flame it’s a fault you never said this on the phone. After investigation it turns out you have wrong jets on the cooker at that stage, I did say it will be extra charge you were ok with it you never asked me how much you said you just wanted the cooker fixed so you can cook. When I asked for cooker chain, you did not have, and I said without a cooker chain I could not sign off the gas certificate and cooker at this point you asked do I have any and I said I do but it’s a commercial grade restrainer and is £15 at this point you was not happy. Yes, I did charge £25 to change jet, to you it may be 5-minute job but it’s not 5 minutes to me it’s my knowledge and experience you paying for. You advised me Gentoo council gas engineer tried to solve your cooker fault by cleaning cooker jet and was unsuccessful and advised you cooker is fault, you saying you could done the job in 5 minutes. If I did not investigate, then I would off have to disconnect cooker from gas line and cap off gas again and you still would pay agreed price."
