Considering this was an urgent call-out, he was out within an hour had all the equipment he needed and managed to get us back up and running within an hour of arriving. "We required a full bathroom refurb and had four quotations. When I met Norm I immediately warmed to him. Unlike some of the other companies he listened intently to my wishes. Norm was on site everyday, and two of his team saw the project through from start to finish. His service included every element of bathroom redesign from conception to completion, including plumbing, electrics, tiling, flooring and plastering. After seeing the quality of work and how competitively priced they were, we asked if they could also plaster the ceilings in the hall, stairs and landing, which they did brilliantly without any hassle. Peter completed most of the work and his attention to detail was second to none and it became increasingly obvious that Peter took great pride in his work, and rightly so. Not only were Peter and Normz other tradesman extremely good at their professions, they were really lovely people and a pleasure to be around. The project came in on budget and earlier than expected."
