Hello and welcome to Norman Homes Design & Build Ltd, your design-and-build home renovation specialists based in the UK. We help homeowners plan and build extensions, conversions and full house remodels, led by Norman Richardson.
Our team focuses on clear guidance, thoughtful design and a smoother kitchen and bathroom renovation experience. We support your project from early design drawings to the final build, with a steady programme of work, regular progress updates and 3D modelling to help you refine your layout before work starts. We adhere to all current safety legislation and include insurance backed guarantees.

"The main work was a 49sq metres garage and workshop with a resin drive for at least 6 vehicles. Additionally there was a brick garden room with air conditioning and an attached brick store. Also total removal of previous garden with fish pond being replaced by a lawn, herring pattern patio about 56sq metres and resin paths between. The whole of the enclosed with a double thick wall and at the rear parking area 2 electronic gates. All completed to schedule and top quality."
