"Roofers often have a bad reputation, and, sadly in our experience it's well deserved - Scott and New Wave are different! Excellent communication from the first moment - we had lots of quotes from various traders but Scott's knowledge and expertise stood out - he didn't try to talk us into extra work, explained carefully what he would do and how, and costed everything thoroughly. When the date of the job came he was on time, made all the arrangements for skips, deliveries etc., and just cracked on! Happy and cheerful all the time, always on hand to update us on the progress, and cleaned up everything as he went along. He's not the fastest, but do you want the job doing quickly, or doing well? We'd trust Scott and New Wave to do any other jobs, and have already hired him to do other work: professional, skilled knowledgeable, reasonably priced and never let us down. What more do you want? Can't recommend highly enough - after having had cowboys in the past, a huge relief, and a pleasure!"
