"We found New Look Roofing after seeing them working in our village, and we’re so glad we got in touch. From start to finish, Anthony and Steve were fantastic, friendly, professional, and clearly very skilled at what they do. We were a bit worried at first that once the roof was opened up, they might find more problems, and with me being 9 months pregnant, the last thing we needed was extra stress. But they were honest, reassuring, and made the whole process smooth and straightforward. There were no hidden issues or surprise costs, and they kept us updated every step of the way. The quality of their work is excellent, they finished on time, and left everything clean and tidy. We’d definitely use them again if we need any roofing work done, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends or family. Thank you Anthony and Steve, you made what could have been a stressful job totally stress-free!"
