J. - Image 1 "After being messed around by a motley crew of various timewasters who either didn't bother to quote, or quoted and then stopped communicating, I found James. I wanted something a little different and knew my idea would require some fiddly work. James has a rare skill - the ability to listen. He understood exactly what I wanted and was not put off by the labour-intensive design feature I conceived. He is patient and meticulous, with an artistic flair. He executed my idea beautifully and it's transformed the exterior of my home and given it visual appeal. I also appreciated James' payment terms of payment on satisfactory completion. I've never been comfortable paying up front or in instalments as you simply don't know whether the tradesman will return. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending James."

Anne - Image 1 "The work involved removal of paving slabs, digging a trench and installing a root barrier membrane, and reinstating the paving slabs. The job was carried out with reasonable skill and attention. The site where work was carried out was swept and left tidy."
