"Alex and his colleague arrived within a couple of hours of our call, which was appreciated given that our boiler was not working and the weather was freezing! They got both the boiler and underfloor heating up and running quickly, and they even took the time to show us what to look out for in future - excellent service, highly recommend."

"Alex came over to fix our underfloor heating a few days before Christmas. We had a designated rep from the heating company come over a few weeks prior to fix it and quoted triple, couldn't figure out what was wrong and then said he was on holiday and couldn't fix until after Christmas. I found Alex on Trust a Trader and he was able to squeeze us in despite having a very busy week and sorted the problem within an hour. He clearly knows what he's doing and we were very grateful to have a warm kitchen for our Christmas guests, highly recommend!"

"Trader at first seemed a genuine plumber, however the quality and oversight of his work was terrible. All manner of excuses as to why they were late or didn’t turn up at all. Finished the job and then demanded cash straight away - which was obvious when the work was subsequently checked and found to be defective. No guarantee provided despite £15k been spent and has refused to rectify the incorrectly fitted shower room which is now unusable."
Trader reply: "I’m sorry but these claims are totally false. Mike threatened me and my staff on numerous occasions. Never demanded anything from any customer ever. All work was tested and passed by myself & Mike personally before any payments were made. Throughout the job Mike had made threats I told Mike that I will not work under these conditions however the threats continued, I then refused to carry out any more work"
