MWS Property Services has been established since 1996 and has been fitting bespoke bathrooms in and around the Southend-on-Sea area with an impressive track record spanning over 27 years.

All my work requires very high skill levels and knowledge, which gives me the experience I require to manage the project to the highest standard. Adrian - Image 1 "Mark has a great attention to detail and always consulted with us for the finer detail decisions that made a huge difference to the end result. He will also think out the box for making suggestions that we may not of considered so you are not just employing someone good in his trade but also help to make the best out of a project. Mark has installed both our bathrooms and completed a full replastering of our lounge including plumbing in a new radiator and hanging doors So four trades under one person. Would I trust this trader… yes would I recommend this trader… yes."

"Mark was great! He was courteous and polite and gave me some great ideas for my Wetroom. The job ended up being much tougher than I thought due to rotten timbers underneath an old shower tray, but he handled this like a pro and just got on with it. I'm loving the new space and would highly recommend MWS Property Services."

"From first contact, Mark was friendly and professional. We were uncertain about how we wanted the project to look/progress and Mark helped immensely by being helpful, creative with ideas, and never pushy. We felt at ease through the whole process. Work was carried out with minimal fuss. We felt well informed throughout the job and in spite of a problem with our existing plumbing (which Mark dealt with without any worries) work progressed smoothly. Our house was left as clean as possible each day and Mark worked hard to keep working dust levels to a minimum (which we really appreciated)! The end result was absolutely superb. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mark to others and we will definitely use MWS again for future projects."
