    "Responded promptly to my phone call, visited property and provided a written (via e-mail) estimate. Completed the work 8 days after I accepted his estimate. Replaced broken bathroom sink waste for plug and chain (my preference as don't like the push down type and the last two had broken). Flush on toilet cistern would run continuously, depending on how the flush was pressed, so Andy replaced the cistern flush siphon. Also investigated a leak in shower and replaced washer (I think it was washer - solved problem anyway). Provided a written receipt. Would recommend Andy and would use his services again."

    "Had leak from loft. Rang Andy, answered immediately, on the job 2 hours later. Very knowledgeable, worked quickly and efficiently. Friendly and helpful and a fair price. Just what you need when water coming through your ceiling!"
